I created Blissful Being because I know that feeling deeply. I’ve been there—running on empty, trying to find my way back to myself. And through Reiki, mindfulness, and small, sacred rituals, I did.

Now, I share everything I’ve learned with you. Because healing isn’t meant to be done alone. Because you deserve a space that holds you just as much as you hold everyone else.

 Hi, I’m Shannan—Mindful Mentor, Energy Guide & Your Support on This Journey 🌿

 I know what it feels like to hold everything together while feeling completely disconnected from yourself. To be the one who shows up, who gives, who carries it all—but wonders, deep down, if there’s space to truly breathe.

For years, I searched for peace in all the wrong places. Then I found Reiki, mindfulness, and the power of small, sacred rituals. And little by little, everything shifted.

 Blissful Being was born from my own healing journey. It’s the space I once needed—a place to pause, to soften, to remember that healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to yourself.
