I’m Shannan, a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Master, and Mental Health Advocate. I’m here to help you navigate the ups and downs of life with grace, mindfulness, and a whole lot of love.

My journey into mindfulness and healing began during the pandemic lockdown—a time when I faced one of the darkest episodes of my life. This experience sparked a deep curiosity within me, leading me on a path of self-discovery and holistic healing. Through mindfulness practices, rituals, and Reiki Energy Healing, I found a way to move through my struggles, and I’m passionate about sharing these transformative tools with you.

Incorporating mindfulness into your daily rituals can have a profound impact on your life—it certainly did on mine! Whether it’s through meditation, mindful walking, grounding in nature, or energy healing, these practices have the power to help you slow down, find peace, and connect with your inner self.
